The statement that water is life is not an understatement. In fact, the human body is comprised of about 60% water. It is found within every cell and in every organ. Water is essential in maintaining proper functioning of all the systems in the human body. This is the main reason why it is best to hydrate yourself or quench your thirst with water more than any other type of drink.

Natural spring water is known to be the best water that is perfect for our body. It comes naturally from the earth and is rich in essential minerals that is needed for our body’s functions such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and many more.

Because of its natural source, it also contains more oxygen compared to other water types, providing more oxygen for the cells. You don’t need to actually go to the spring source when you want to drink natural spring water since bottled spring water is already available for your convenience.

Sparkling Water

Sparkling water is also known as soda water or carbonated water. If you’re looking for some excitement with the water that you’re drinking, try sparkling water instead. It has a different feel in the mouth compared to regular water. It has a fizzy feel when you drink it but has no sugar unlike soft drinks. Aside from the exciting feel in the mouth, most sparkling water is also infused with minerals which has added benefits to the body.

Flavoured Water

If you’re looking for something sweet to quench your thirst that doesn’t contain excess sugars, you might want to try out flavoured or infused water. Flavoured water is usually sweetened slightly or infused with other natural flavours to add more excitement to the palate. It is a perfect alternative to regular water if you’re looking for a better alternative compared to soda.

Some flavoured waters are even infused with fruits or vegetables, making it a lot better for the body even when taken in larger amounts. When choosing flavoured water, look for ones that do not contain artificial sweeteners or extra sugar especially if you have issues with weight gain or diabetes since it has a negative effect on both of those conditions.
