First of all, your workplace should promote well-being for your employees. Encourage them to keep their workspaces clean and organized for better efficiency while doing their daily tasks. Aside from that, have some staff that would maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entire office. Research shows that employees feel a lot better when working in well-organized working spaces than in cluttered ones.

You could also encourage them to bring their spouse and kids if they have a family to show that you value their family connections as well and not just the service they could give to your company.

Lastly, it is important to encourage open communication in the workplace. Communication is an essential factor in the office – whether it is between co-workers or between the employer and employee. With open communication, it would be a lot easier to resolve conflicts between people involved.
